Welcome to Quix Moving! By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with Quix Moving, you enter into an agreement with us to provide packing, moving, and/or transportation services based on the details you provide at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Pricing

All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Prices start at ₹5,000 and may go up to ₹5,00,000 or more, depending on the services, distance, volume, and weight of goods.

Final pricing will be confirmed after a pre-move survey (if applicable) or detailed input from the customer.

Any additional services or changes after confirmation may incur extra charges.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

a) Provide accurate and complete information regarding pickup and drop locations.

b) Ensure that all items are packed securely (unless professional packing is included).

c) Be present or have a representative present during pickup and delivery.

4. Payment Terms

a) Payment must be made in full prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

b) Accepted modes of payment include UPI, bank transfer, or cash (as available).

c) A booking advance may be required to confirm your slot.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

a) Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled move may be eligible for a partial refund (see Refund Policy).

b) Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional charges.

6. Liability & Damages

a) Quix Moving will take reasonable care to handle your belongings safely.

b) We are not liable for damages caused by natural wear and tear, improper packaging by the customer, or fragile items not declared in advance.

c) Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

a) Hazardous materials, illegal substances, flammable items, or perishable goods.

b) Jewelry, cash, or important documents—we recommend transporting these personally.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, roadblocks, accidents, or governmental restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Quix Moving and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Quix Moving, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before booking our services.

1. Cancellation by Customer

a) More than 24 hours before the scheduled move:

b) Eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative or booking charges (typically 10–20% of the total fee).

Within 24 hours of the scheduled move:

No refund will be provided, as resources would already be allocated.

Same-day cancellation or no-show:

No refund will be issued, and a rescheduling fee may apply if you wish to rebook.

2. Cancellation by Quix Moving

If Quix Moving cancels the service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, staff unavailability), customers will be:

a) Notified at the earliest possible time.

b) Eligible for a full refund or offered an alternative schedule.

3. Rescheduling

a) Rescheduling is free of charge if done more than 24 hours before the scheduled time and is subject to availability.

b) A fee may apply for last-minute changes.

4. Refund Process

a) Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

b) For payment gateway refunds, the transaction charges (if any) may be non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided in the following scenarios:

a) If the customer provides incorrect details or fails to be available at the pickup/drop location.

b) If services were rendered as per the agreed scope.

c) If delays are caused due to uncontrollable events (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).
